The mission of the Victim-Witness Assistance Program is to comply with the Crime Victims' Bill of Rights and the Crime Victim and Witness Rights Act by supporting and aiding crime victims and witnesses as they interact with the criminal justice system. Our program is administered through the County Administrator's Office and focuses on assistance and referrals to victims, their families, and witnesses throughout the court process.
As a victim of crime you may be entitled to many different rights and services. Contact your local Victim-Witness Assistance Program to see which apply to you.
