Application & Contract Agreement 

All rentals require a $100 Security Deposit and at least half of total rental fees due at time of application. There is 72-hour cancellation period, 3 days, if cancellation is not made within the 72 hours there will be a $50 charge for what will be considered a late cancellation.  No Call / No Shows forfeit the entire deposit.

All Security Deposits will be refunded two to three weeks after your event if the facilities are cleaned, trash removed, and no damage to the Depot / Freight Room/Kitchen has occurred.

Rental Rates 

  • Monday through Thursday (9 am to 12 am): $150 (+ $100 Refundable Security Deposit)
  • One Day (Friday or Saturday or Sunday, 9 am to 12 am): $300 (+ $100 Refundable Security Deposit)
  • Full Weekend (Friday through Sunday, 9 am to 12 am): $500 (+ $100 Refundable Security Deposit)
  • Holiday Rates:  (Rentals that fall on a national Holiday or other time during which the Town Office is normally closed) $300 (+ $100 Refundable Security Deposit)
    Note: Town Residents receive a 10% discount on holiday rates with proof of residency
  • Other: $75 non-refundable fee for churches, non-profit, and civic groups (Fundraisers will be charged 10% of proceeds)
  • Tables and Chairs: 
    • 6 Foot Round Tables - $25/each
    • 6 Foot Rectangle Tables - $10/each
    • Chairs: $100 for 50, $200 for 100
      Note: Only applies to certain chair set, ask for details
