Building Permits

The Building Inspections Division issues and enforces all building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits for residential, commerical and industrial projects in Appomattox County. Zoning, Subdivision, and Erosion Permits
The Planning Division grants zoning, subdivision and erosion approval for all residential, commercial and industrial projects within the unincorporated areas of Appomattox County.
